Protesters will greet Premier Kathleen Wynne in Niagara tonight.
Wynne started the day at the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre.
A small group of protesters stood on the road with signs reading "No Carbon Tax" and "Stop Selling Off Our Children's Future".
Wynne will deliver a keynote speech followed by a fireside chat at the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce Lunch at the Scotiabank Centre in Niagara Falls.
She wraps up her day at Redstone Winery in Beamsville at a meet and greet for the newly nominated Liberal candidate for Niagara West Glanbrook, Vicky Ringuette.
Protesters are planning to be there tonight at Redstone Winery.
A protestor who was in Vineland this morning and who plans to be in Beamsville tonight is Joel Flanagan of Grimsby.
He tells CKTB that he wants Wynne to end her reckless spending of taxpayer dollars to pay for her legacy as the "clean energy" Premier.
Flanagan says she has been careless about the long term effects of the debt our children's generation will have to pay back.
He says our kids deserve a financial future as well as a clean environment and he hopes she will see a need for a balance between the two.
Wynne will join CKTB's Larry Fedoruk after the news at 4pm this afternoon.
