The deadline for cities vying to be the home to Amazon's second North American headquarters is tomorrow.
Greater Toronto Area municipalities are getting set to submit their bid despite the fact the Ontario government did not offering any new financial incentives to Amazon.
The City of Hamilton confirming its bid is already on its way to Amazon's Seattle headquarters.
Hamilton officials call it a comprehensive bid that demonstrates why Hamilton is where Amazon should invest its $5 billion dollars in capital expenditures and estimated 50,000 jobs over the next ten to 15 years.
Last month, Regional Chair Alan Caslin confirmed Niagara will also compete with mega-cities across North America.
Caslin called Niagara the best positioned area for the company, as it serves as an economic gateway and foreign trade zone point.
The Region confirming this afternoon Niagara's bid will be submitted tomorrow.
More than 100 cities in the U.S. and Canada are competing for the online retail giant.
