A special weather statement is in effect warning of heavy rain through the day today and continuing until tomorrow morning.

A special weather statement is in effect warning of heavy rain through the day today and continuing until tomorrow morning.

Environment Canada warns we could get between 30 and 50 mm of rain which may result in flooding in low lying areas.

The wet weather is expected to continue until Sunday when we finally will see the sun again.
