A Buffalo politician taking the credit for revising a new U-S border bill that would have required all travellers to undergo biometric screening.
House of Representative Chris Collins says he worked hard to get the bill changed fearing biometric scans at the border would lead to long lineups that would hurt tourism and trade.
President Trump had proposed the biometric screening for everyone entering the states, but the revised bill would see U-S and Canadian citizens exempted from the biometric scans.
