The Niagara Parks Commission is inviting members of the Planning, Architectural and Landscape Architectural Consultant community, to bid on a contract to develop a new master plan for Queen Victoria Park.

The Niagara Parks Commission is inviting members of the Planning, Architectural and Landscape Architectural Consultant community, to bid on a contract to develop a new master plan for Queen Victoria Park.

The plan will set the course for the ongoing development, programming and management of the scenic park.

The NPC says the plan will also consider how best to develop the old power plants along the river.
