The controversial code of conduct on the agenda today at the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority.
But before members got down to business, Bill Hodgson announced he's resigning from the NPCA Board.
In a Facebook posting he says he is being bullied and harassed by board members. "My health and family come first."
The board meantime voting to create a 5 member committe to hash out code of conduct and come back to it at a later date.
That should be sometime next month.
The board is under fire for a revised code of conduct for its members that would force them to pledge absolute loyalty to the agency.
A draft of the proposed revision says board members who fail to “demonstrate unconflicted loyalty to the interests of the npca” will be sanctioned or removed from the board.
