Police have arrested and charged 3 three people following an assault in downtown St.Catharines last week.
It happened on Thursday February 9th shortly after 10:00 pm at the Bus Terminal.
Police say they were called to a disturbance, and when they arrived they found a man suffering from injuries.
He was taken to hospital by ambulance where he was treated for his injuries and released.
As a result of further investigation into this incident police have now charged 28 year old Michael Waterfall, 20 year old Richard Stewart, and 19 year old Autumn Schwartz.
Police say all the arrested are charged with assault and do not have fixed addresses.
All three accused have been released from custody with future court dates.
