Niagara Regional Police kick off their 26th annual Holiday Food and Toy Drive today.
Members of the public can drop off new, unwrapped toy or non-perishable food item to any office of the Niagara Regional Police Service, throughout the Region.
As always, items collected stay within their respective communities and are distributed, via the NRPS Auxiliary Unit, through the local food banks.
Police note this year, more than ever, our local food banks are in need of assistance from the community.
And they ask all of us to please consider even a small gesture of giving and sharing for those in need.
With your help, police hope to provide every family in Niagara with a happy holiday season.
