The Niagara Regional police have charged three men in a break in at a St. Catharines jewelry store in April.
Police responded to an alarm at the store in the area of Vansickle and Pelham road around 11 o'clock on April 16th.
At that time police were on the look out for three males all over 6 feet tall, spotted leaving the area in a black pickup truck.
The bandits made off with merchandise and cash.
Yesterday police laid serveral charges against 39 year old Jeffrey Martin, 29 year old John Hill and 24 year old Austin Anderson; all of no fixed address.
All three were already in custody with another police service for similar charges.
The three face a laundry list of charges among disguise with intent, break and enter, probation violation and possession of property obtained by crime among the allegations.
