Niagara Regional Police have made a pair of Victoria Day drunk driving arrests.
Officers out on patrol in Grimsby stopped a pick up truck driving erratically, a breathalyzer revealed the driver had four times the legal limit of alcohol in his blood.
The second arrest was made in Beamsville after a resident called police about a vehicle following their vehicle through the town.
Police stopped the suspect car and after a breif investigation arrested the male driver who they suspected of being impaired by drugs.
The driver was taken to regional police headquarters where a Drug Recognition Expert confirmed officer's suspicions.
Both driver's had their licences suspended for 90 days, and their vehicles impounded for 7 days.
