The Niagara Regional Police officer accused of sexual assaults during massages he offered out of his Port Colborne home is now out on bail.
50 year old Constable David Kukoly was arrested Wednesday and charged with five counts of sexual assault.
The 28 year veteran was released from custody yesterday on 25-hundred dollars bail.
His next court date is February 20th in Welland.
We are hearing from women who say they were approached and encouraged to go for a massages with the suspect.
Julie Murray-- says the suspect approached her on social media to come for a massage.
She says something didn't feel right about the interaction and she didn't go.
Investigators believe there are more victims and ask anyone who used the services of 'Dave Allen' to contact police.
Another woman who says she went for massages will join Tim Denis at 7:20 this morning to share her story.
