Former U-S president Barack Obama will be in Toronto later this month to speak about global citizenship.
The lunchtime event at the Toronto convention centre on September 29th is being hosted by Canada 2020, a non-profit, left-leaning Ottawa-based think-tank.
It's expecting up to six-thousand people to attend what it's calling ``one of the biggest political events of the year.''
Individual tickets are not available, but tables of 10 are being sold for 10-thousand dollars each.
Obama participated in a similar event in Montreal in June where he spoke about the lack of leadership in his country and lamented the United States' decision to pull out of the Paris climate change accord.
