Nearly two weeks after legalization of cannabis, the Ontario ombudsman's office has received complaints over delays in the delivery of the product.
A spokesperson for the Ombudsman's office say no formal investigation has been launched but staff are reviewing complaints against the Ontario Cannabis Store and resolving them wherever possible.
The office would not confirm how many complaints it has received.
Right now the online OCS is the only legal retailer for cannabis in Ontario.
Private stores aren't set to open in the province until April of 2019.
