OJ Simpson will try to convince a parole board he should be released after serving more than eight years in prison for a 2007 armed robbery and kidnapping.
Lovelock Correctional Center Warden Renee Baker said Wednesday she couldn't say how Simpson's parole hearing might turn out.
A decision will be made today.
If Simpson is granted parole, he'll be released in October
All the major US television networks will air at least part of today's hearing.
