It looks like most of Canada could beĀ in for a cold and snowy winter.
Officials with the Old Farmer's Almanac point to a weak El Nino while saying we could be in for a colder-than-normal winter overall.
The southern two thirds of Ontario, northern Atlantic Canada, and Pacific Canada could be spared from the worst of the bite, instead experiencing a fairly typical winter temperature-wise.
But all Canadians are warned to get the snow shovels ready - experts say above average levels of snowfall could be on the way.
