One person has been sent to hospital after a car was found partially submerged in the Niagara River.
NRP, The Parks Police and Niagara Falls Fire were called to the scene around 1:40 this (Friday) afternoon after reports of a car in the water.
The NRPS Marine Underwater team also attended.
The lone occupant of the car was removed and taken to hospital, their condition is not known.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances that led to the vehicle entering the water and how long it was in the water.
No word on the identity of the victim.
