PC Leader Doug Ford says businesses in the United States probably have Kathleen Wynne's picture on their walls because she's created so many jobs south of the border.
Ford was in Niagara Falls this morning to unveil his business platform which includes cutting corporate income taxes by 1% from 11.5 to 10.5%.
He also promised to cut hydro rates by 12%.
Ford says the Niagara area has lost thousands of jobs to Western New York and other American cities because of Ontario's soaring hydro rates.
He also says there is too much red tape to conduct business in the province right now.
Ford is also making stops in St.Catharines and Smithville today before heading back to the Falls tonight.
