Liberal Leader Kathleen Wynne is in Ottawa before heading to Whitby.
Yesterday Wynne took aim at both Horwath and Ford demanding to know how they plan to pay for their campaign promises.
Wynne zeroed in on Ford's announcement he will lower the price of gas by 10 cents a litre.
