The Ontario government is being sued by two public servants who allege they've been subjected to systemic racism for years.
Jean-Marie Dixon and Hentrose Nelson are also suing the unions that represent them.
The pair allege they experienced prolonged anti-black racism that led to harassment and ongoing mistreatment over their careers in the Ontario Public Service.
They are seeking 26-million dollars in damages as well as several changes, including anti-racism training for all staff.
