The Ontario Health Coalition will be collecting stories from Niagara residents to try and spark public debate about our local hospital services.
Over the last decade, the Coalition has been looking at hospital cuts and privatization of health care services.
During a series of public meetings across the province, representatives from the coalition will be collecting stories - both the good, and the bad - that they believe will help inform them of the challenges health care in Ontario is facing.
By the end of the meetings, they hope to have a comprehensive platform they can use leading into the provincial election.
The hearings in Niagara are listed below:
Welland Saturday, October 14, 10 - 11:30 a.m. Welland Community Wellness Complex, 145 Lincoln St.
St. Catharines Saturday, October 14, 1 - 2:30 p.m. Public Library, Mills Room, 54 Church St.
