Ontario is reporting more than 6,000 new COVID-19 cases over the last two days.
That includes 3,009 new cases today and 3,089 for Friday.
Health Minister Christine Elliott says today there were 954 cases are in Toronto, 434 are in Peel, 348 are in York, and 146 in Hamilton.
The last time cases reached this high in Ontario was back on January 17 when 3,422 new infections were reported.
