During the Ontario Economic Summit at White Oaks in Niagara-On-The-Lake, Premier Doug Ford unveiled signs baring the slogan 'Welcome to Ontario. Open For Business.'
While on the campaign trail, Ford had promised the signs, though many took the pledge as a figure of speech.
The Premier says the signs will be going up at the border in the coming weeks, tweeting out, "The Making Ontario Open For Business Act that our government introduced this week will cut red tape, grow our economy, and help businesses create good jobs. Ontario is open for business!"
There's been no word as to how much those signs will cost.
