O-P-P Commissioner Vince Hawkes says his force will review about four-thousand sexual assault investigation reports that were designated as ``unfounded.''
Hawkes says the review will cover allegations made between 2010 and 2014.
The move follows a Globe and Mail report that the newspaper says exposed deep flaws in the way investigators treat sexual assault allegations.
Hawkes says if it is determined that any sexual assault report was not properly investigated by the O-P-P, the investigation will be re-opened.
