The fight between the union representing Ontario college faculty and management isn't over yet.
The union is now demanding a contract awarded to teachers by an arbitrator be declared expired and both parties return to the bargaining table.
OPSUE says back to work legislation introduced in December, after a five week strike by teachers, violated worker's rights.
The union filed a challenge with the courts yesterday.
The arbitrator's award gave the province's 12,000 college faculty members a 7.75 percent raise over four years.
