There are reports the two suspects detained in the London subway bombing are an 18 year old refugee from Iraq and a 21 year old from Syria.
The reports say both of them were fostered by a couple honoured by the Queen for fostering more than 200 children, including refugees from Middle Eastern conflicts.
Neither of them has been charged, but both men are being held under the Terrorism Act in Friday's attack that injured 30 people aboard a crowded London Underground train.
