Parking will now be free at the Lincoln Rockway Coservation Area.
It's all thanks to Lincoln’s Regional Councillor Robert Foster.
Yesterday morning at a NPCA board meeting, Foster says he moved a motion to make parking at the Rockway free.
He also states he was never a fan of the paid parking policy, and that it "simply was not working".
The new motion is effective immediately.
