Grimsby council has given the green light for Pathstone Mental Health to set up another one-day-a-week clinic for children up to the age of 18.
Pathstone's Director of Philanthropy and PR Kim Rossi says the ideal place would be private, easy to access via public transportation, and be able to stay open until at least 7:30 p.m.
This will mark the sixth Pathstone walk-in clinic in Niagara, in addition to the regular weekday clinics offered at Pathstone's Branscombe site in St. Catharines.
The clinics are free, no appointment is necessary, and a health card is not required.
