The man who won the PC nomination contest in the Hamilton-West-Ancaster-Dundas riding wants another vote.
If the party agrees, it will be the third re-do of a PC nomination vote in the province.
The Tories have already said yes to holding nomination ballots again, in Scarborough Centre and Ottawa West - Nepean.
The move comes after the resignation of former party president Rick Dykstra and former leader Patrick Brown.
Ben Levitt who won the party's nomination in the Ancaster riding says "As a person of integrity, I applaud the efforts to do the right thing in view of questions raised about the conduct of party officials at those meetings."
Two other candidates who ran against Levitt had asked for a review of the May vote alleging ballot box stuffing, but Brown refused and certified it anyway.
