Progressive Conservative Leader Patrick Brown will appear with 19-year-old byelection candidate Sam Oosterhoff in Grimsby this morning.
The two will be discussing hydro rates with a local business owner.
Oosterhoff, a Brock University student, was nominated to run for the Niagara-West Glanbrook seat last month, in what was widely considered an upset.
He beat out party president Rick Dykstra to run for the seat vacated by former P-C leader Tim Hudak.
Also running in the riding, Vicki Ringuette for the Liberals, Mike Thomas for the NDP and Donna Cridland for the Green's.
The byelection is set for this Thursday.
