After allegations of a flawed process, the Ontario PC party has decided to reopen the nomination process in three ridings.
PC party president Jag Badwal says the results of a fourth contest, in the riding of Hamilton West Ancaster Dunda, will be set aside.
That contest is now the subject of an investigation by Hamilton police after two of the candidates who lost, accused party officials of ballot box stuffing.
Badwal says details on how that contest will now play out, will be provided at a later date.
The other three nominations were in the ridings of Brampton North, Mississauga Centre and Newmarket-Aurora.
