The Ontario PC party has set a date for a new nomination vote in the Hamilton West Ancaster Dundas riding.
Party members will vote April 15th on a candidate who will represent the riding in the June election.
The move comes after the party under Leader Doug Ford, admitted the original vote was flawed.
The May 2017 nomination meeting saw Ben Levitt declared the winner, with his two main competitors alleging ballot box stuffing to fix the vote.
One of those men, lawyer Vikram Singh alleged that "gross irregularities and voter fraud" took place during the vote which was overseen by former PC party president Rick Dykstra and then executive director Bob Stanley.
Singh later dropped a lawsuit filed against the PC party saying he acknowledged Patrick Brown's right to choose whatever candidate he wanted.
A police investigation into those allegations is ongoing.
