The investigation into a weekend crash in Pelham that sent two men to hospital continues.
It happened at 2:15 PM on Saturday (Oct 15th) on Highway 20 near Balfour Street.
Police say a 51-year-old Grimsby man was riding his 2007 Suzuki motorcycle on Highway 20 when he slowed for traffic ahead of him.
Investigators say the vehicle behind the motorcycle being driven by a 31-year-old man from Port Colborne then collided with the rear of the Suzuki.
The driver of the Suzuki suffered what appeared to be life-threatening injuries and was taken to Welland hospital before being airlifted to the Hamilton Health Sciences General Hospital Site, where he remains in serious but stable condition.
The driver of the Toyota did not suffer any injuries.
This collision remains under investigation by 3 District Uniform Officers of the Niagara Regional Police.
