The Pen Centre Mall in St. Catharines will be reopening to the public this Friday as Niagara enters stage two of the reopening of Ontario's economy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During stage one only essential services and stores with a street-front entrance were allowed to operate, but today's announcement means all malls can open their doors.
There are still restrictions on food courts, with restaurants only able to offer take-out.
The Pen Centre Mall will open this Friday, June 19th and will operate Monday - Friday 11 am - 7 pm, Saturday & Sunday 10 am - 6 pm.
The movie theatre will remain closed.

Shopping malls and centres
In addition to providing online, curbside pickup and delivery services, all shopping centres, malls and markets may open. Stores in these facilities must follow the same guidance as those set out for other retail services.
•Food services and restaurants with mall-only entrances may open for outdoor dining spaces, delivery and takeout. Dine-in at indoor food courts is prohibited.
•Entertainment amenities not permitted in Stages 1 or 2, such as movie theatres and waterparks, remain closed.
