Pen Centre manager discusses new Walmart, future of former Sears location

John Bragagnolo talks about the future of the Pen Centre as the new Walmart inches closer to opening.

The Pen Centre will be dramatically different as the new Walmart inches closer to opening and the former Sears location prepares to welcome new tenants.

Pen Centre Manager John Bragagnolo tells CKTB's Matt Holmes the new Walmart will be a Supercentre with a full grocery section.

Right now the hope is to open the store in August.

Meanwhile officials are planning up dividing the former Sears location into 6 or 7 new spaces.

Bragagnolo hopes to make an announcement soon about who the new tenants will be.
