It's the summer of music festival flops.
Plans for a music festival to mark the 50th anniversary of Woodstock are unravelling, with headliner Jay-Z reportedly pulling out of the gig.
The news, from a person familiar with the situation, comes the same day John Fogerty announced he won't be performing at Woodstock 50.
Fogerty performed at the original Woodstock in 1969, taking the floor after the Grateful Dead and ultimately handing the stage over to Janis Joplin.
With less than a month from the scheduled concert dates, tickets for the festival have yet to go on sale, and no venue has been confirmed.
