Police have identified the suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery at a variety store in St. Catharines.
Police say the suspect who was armed with a knife entered the Daisy Mart on Pelham Road around 8:00 Wednesday night and stole money from the cash register before fleeing on foot.
Officers say as he fled the store he lost his shoes and was forced to run away barefoot.
Police are now searching for 28 year old Derek Luciano of St. Catharines.
