Police are investigating after a woman says she was assaulted in Niagara Falls.
It happened Monday between 11:45 and noon in the parking lot of the 7-11 on Drummond Road.
A woman says she was walking in the parking lot when an unknown man assaulted her.
She sustained minor injuries and the male left the scene.
The suspect is described as being in his 40's, with brown hair, brown skin, wearing a large, dark coloured coat, dark pants, and had facial hair.
Police believe that there may be witnesses to the assault and request that if anyone has information to contact police at 905-688-4111 ext. 5100.
