Niagara Regional Police have arrested a man in Fort Erie after complaints of someone entering vehicles along Oakhill Blvd.
The original complaint came in on Monday, but the man was able to evade capture at the time.
However, police were able to ID him.
On Tuesday, detectives arrested Michael Lucchesi, charging him with two counts of trespassing at night, theft, and failing to comply with recognizance.
In March, Lucchesi was also charged with five counts of possessing and using stolen credit cards in Fort Erie.
