The NRP has made an arrest after a noxious substance was sprayed in the Ministry of Transportation building in downtown St. Catharines on Tuesday, March 27th.
Just after 11 A.M, on Friday March 30th, the investigation by the St.Catharines Criminal Investigation Branch led to the identification and arrest of a male suspect.
29 year old David Stout of St. Catharines is facing the alleged charges of:
- Administer Noxious Substance
- Mischief over $5000
Stout is being held in custody pending a bail hearing at the John Sopinka Courthouse in Hamilton on Saturday March 31.
Detectives continue to investigate to determine what substance was sprayed in the building.
