A 30-year-old Niagara Falls man has been arrested after police busted an operation they believe was making and trafficking guns.
The investigation started in September by members of the Niagara Falls Street Crime Unit.
Police identified a suspect and made an arrest yesterday.
Officers searched a home in the area of Dixon Street and Orchard Avenue to find a number of weapons, ammunition and also gun parts made with a 3D printer.
Police say two 3D printers were discovered along with rifles, and a massive amount of ammunition.
30-year-old Zachary Joseph Sawada, also known as 'Bear' from Niagara Falls has been arrested and charged trafficking firearms, manufacturing firearms, and careless storage.
