NRP have taken more than $18,000 worth of drugs off the streets as police wrap up an investigation in St. Catharines.
Over the last couple of months Niagara Regional Police have been investigating the alleged sale of heroin from a York Street home; armed with a search warrant the cops moved in just before 5 p.m. yesterday afternoon.
Officers seized crystal methamphetamine and a significant amount of heroin - the drug was tinted purple and police believe it contained fentanyl. The estimated value of the drugs comes in at $18,480. Police also seized $2,800 in cash.
35 year old Robert Simpson, 34 year old Brandon Keenan, and 22 year old Kassandra Fullerton have all been arrested and charged with multiple counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
