Police stop driver with KILL written on vehicle

A man is in police custody after complaints of a driver in a ski mask operating a Nissan minivan with the word 'Kill' on the back.

OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt says the man was stopped on the QEW after multiple complaints, and he is now undergoing a mental health evaluation.
