Port Colborne council hopes to hear suggestions from residents and business owners in light on ongoing vandalism in the downtown area.
CAO Scott Luey tells CKTB's Matt Holmes Port Colborne's downtown is typically safe, but they are getting reports of 'unsavoury' activities during the early morning hours.
"Some broken windows, some cut wires on buildings, we do have a thrift store and sometimes people will drop stuff off at the door of it after hours and then other people will come through late in the morning - like 3 in the morning - and rifle though the piles of stuff."
The meeting will be held during tonight's regular council session at 6:30 p.m.
