Port Dalhousie is losing its Tim Hortons.
A sign has been posted at the Lakeport Rd location saying the store will close October 29th.
The sign thanks its loyal customers saying it has been a pleasure serving them.
The location is a walk-in only store with no drive-thru.
CKTB has reached out to the owners of the store, but we have yet to hear back.
About 12 people work at the store currently.
Port Dalhousie has struggled this past summer following flooding of Lake Ontario that delayed the opening of the popular carousel and closed parts of the beach area.
Portions of the piers have been closed since April 2015.
The city unveiled improvements to Lakeside Park on August 31st including new bathrooms, upgraded bandshell, and playground equipment.
