Niagara is being hit by the rotating postal strikes again today.
Union members in Fort Erie, Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, and Welland went on strike at midnight.
This comes as the Canadian Union of Postal Workers threatens to take legal action if the federal Liberals move ahead with back to work legislation tabled yesterday.
Labour Minister Patty Hajdu says the government still believes a deal is possible, and encourages both parties to get to a deal.
The Canadian Labour Congress is backing CUP-W, saying "The right to strike is an integral part of collective bargaining."
