There is a power outage in Welland.
Some residents are reporting they lost power just before 3 p.m. after hearing a loud sound.
The website for Welland Hydro is now working, but there is no outage information posted.
They haven't updated their Twitter feed with outage information since March.
While some residents have had their power return it appears the outage is in the Broadway Ave. area.
