Hard to believe given the heat and humidity today, but the Weather Network is out with its summer weather predictions, and says overall it's not going to be a scorcher.
But that said, Meteorologist Doug Gillham says it will be warmer than last year.
Gillham says all you have to do is look at the next two weeks, today we have extreme heat and then as we go into next week it will be on the cool side of normal.
He forecasts hot weather from mid June into July and then some cooler periods through August.
The Network is also forecasting some pretty intense storms in southern regions of Ontario and Quebec.
