Ontario's Finance Minister and the Minister for Transportation can expect a less than warm welcome during a special event tonight.
Concerned parents and educators are planning a rally in St. Thomas as Jeff Yurek and Vic Fedeli are scheduled to deliver a keynote address tonight at 7 p.m.
Representatives for the local chapter of the Ontario Secondary School Teacher's Federation say Yurek won't meet with them to discuss the future of education, and so they are taking their concerns directly to him.
The local CUPE branch is also encouraging anyone worried about cuts to ambulance services and the public health system to join the rally.
This comes as the Niagara Health Coalition is also planning to take their fight directly to Queen's Park next Tuesday.
