It appears the province is going to let the College teacher's strike play out for a while longer.
Advanced Education Minister Deb Matthews says she understands the frustration college students are feeling over an ongoing labour dispute that has cancelled classes.
But she says the province needs to let the collective bargaining process work.
Striking college faculty workers held a rally in Toronto yesterday calling on the Ontario government to push college administrators to return to the bargaining table.
OSPEU PResdient Smokey Thomas is also urging students to put more pressure on the province.
Thomas says some courses will be put at risk if the strike goes longer than four weeks.
The strike involving more than 12-thousand professors, instructors, counsellors and librarians began on October 15th.
