The head of the province's Treasury Board will release the findings of a line by line audit of provincial government spending today.
Yesterday, the Ford government announced the formation of a select committee to look even further into the province's finances.
But former premier Kathleen Wynne says Ford is using the financial reviews as a way to justify cuts he intends to make to the public service.
Last week, the province announced a review of the books found Ontario has a 15 billion dollar deficit, billions more than the Wynne government had projected.
